NPC into Player: Let's Wreck This Game

Chapter 231: Thrown Into The Middle Of A Love Affair Without Knowing It

Chapter 231: Thrown Into The Middle Of A Love Affair Without Knowing It

Bloom watched from his place for a few minutes until he got a grasp on things here. "This monster tide isn't a thing I can meddle easily well," he muttered before recalling the purpose of his visit here.

"No option then," he took out his four swords while moving towards the front, "it's great no players are here yet, or else this might cause enough ruckus at the forums."

He moved towards a certain direction where he spotted a very strong female NPC holding a giant broadsword in hand and waving it all around like a berserker.

"I didn't imagine she would be this domineering," he inwardly sighed while watching groups of monsters being sent to the air under the immense strength this beauty had.

'This makes my task to impress you pretty more difficult," he glanced around before spotting a large group of monsters bypassing the defensive ring and trying to circle her from behind. "Thanks for the opportunity guys," he laughed before taking out his entire storage of tokens and instantly summoned his pets.

Despite this being questionable as this was a trait for dark players, he was pretty much confident he would escape her surveillance and wouldn't be at any risk at all.

"Go and secure the lady," he instantly shouted before he pointed his swords towards the flying ones and muttered, "Sword tornado!"

The swords moved even faster than his pets to reach the large group of flying monsters and render their steps.

"Oh a player?!" the female NPC finally spotted him thanks to the loud bang his swords created. Bloom noticed the shimmering in her eyes and he inwardly smirked. 'First impression lasts my dear,' he laughed while he kept moving to the front as his pets cornered the monsters.

"Keep fighting up ahead, I'll protect your rear," he shouted without giving her any chance to say anything else. 'Girls like those who protect them, I hope she will be one of those kinds of girls,' he thought to himself before the swords returned again to his side.

"Time to use my own style Dash!"

He decided not to use the old skill set of his in front of any player, but currently there was none to be feared of. He hit one of the monsters and stunned him, but the monster didn't fly back.

"As I guessed," he muttered, "your level is much higher than mine then I have to shift strategy."

Around him most of his pets were in difficult situations. He had formed these pets mainly out of the monsters he fought before, and mostly were in their twenties.

But he was pretty sure those monsters he was fighting now were at least level forty, if not fifty and higher.

"Let's tame you then," he took out his bow and started turning the monsters into pets. From the side he spotted that female NPC glancing weirdly at him, as she was wondering how could a normal player use something that belongs to dark players.

But the situation she was currently facing didn't give her any room to think much while he continued to turn as many as he could into his pets.

"Go and help the lady," he shouted when a group of hundred flying pets were ready to follow his commands. The next instant they moved to support the NPC while Bloom started to turn another hundred into his pets.

"Two hundred are enough," he muttered, "but those ground monsters look enticing to me."

The ground monsters were a strange combination of bulls and rhinoceroses. Their bodies were like that of a bull, with heads of that of a rhinoceros.

For him, he was pretty much sure that no one could ever stand against such brutal monsters or take a direct hit from them without being instantly killed.

"Let's build a small army of you," he directed his bow towards them and started turning as many as he could to his pets.

When he hit the number three hundred and fifty, a system alert came to notify him of the lack of dark points.

"Sigh, I thought I could have more," he stored away the bow while returning to use his four swords once again, "sword tornado!"

The main group that tried to sneak around were cleared long ago. They either turned into his pet or to dust under the hands of his pets.

Then his pets moved to the forefront, attacking wildly without any hesitation the great numbers of enemies.

At first his pets seemed lacking, but as he turned more to his army the pets started to gain ground.

And then his swords joined the fight as he hacked as many monsters as he could. "If just they were weaker than me," he regretted that while watching the nearby berserker sending off monsters to the air like a loose cannon.

"Who are you?"

As things started to be under their control with his help, she got near to his spot and shouted while moving her sword right and left without pause.

"I'm a player who just arrived here," he shouted back while dashing at a monster before letting his pets finish it. "I've come to deliver a message entrusted to me by my old village's mayor."

"What message?" she shouted, "which village?" she hurriedly asked as if she was already doubting Bloom's village.

And Bloom was too much immersed in fighting as he didn't detect the initial signs. "The Rendog village."

"That bastard!" suddenly a very angry shout came from her that startled even the monsters around. Bloom hurriedly turned to her while she had a very angry look over her face. "What that jerk lied and told you about? Huh? What trick is he trying to pull this time?"

Bloom suddenly got it, as it hit him stronger than these rhinoceroses and bulls monsters. "Well," he felt awkward before asking, "may I know what he did previously?"

"Like you guessed," she harrumphed before sneering, "that jerk it seems the last time beat up didn't leave any mark on his soul."

Bloom swallowed his saliva while feeling bitter in his throat. "Damn! You brought this on yourself sneaky bastard," he muttered.

"What did you say?"

"Oh, it's nothing," he laughed before hitting a couple more of the monsters before adding, "I'm sorry, he just told me he wanted reinforcements to his village and sent me with the letter for that. He even"

"Forced a quest upon you, right?" she completed his words before screaming in anger. A group of pitiful monsters ended up as her punching bag. "That's just typical of him. Give me the letter, you aren't supposed to be meddled in this matter."

Bloom agreed with her but he didn't come here just for the letter. "Once we defend the town we can go back and I'll give it to you," he shouted before throwing himself in a brave way that seemed rash and started stunning a group of monsters after using his fog of darkness skill.

"You" she stayed back for a moment while didn't know what to say, "this fight isn't yours to take part in. The monsters are all high levels and it's not your fault or responsibility to shoulder."

"But I'm willing to do so," he shouted from the front, "I can't see a pretty lady fighting those despicable dark monsters and watch on the sides. I hate those damned dark monsters deep to the bone."

She glanced at him while restraining herself from asking about his tame bow and dark monster pets. After a few moments she was called by her subordinates as the fight at the front was intensified again with the arrival of a new herd.

"Alright human, I'll approve of your help then," she muttered but her voice and comment didn't escape the keen senses of Bloom.

"Yes," he inwardly screamed in joy before he took a strong hit from one of those ruthless ground monsters and was sent to the air. "Damn, can't even celebrate for a second?" he landed while nearly two thirds of his Hp was gone by this simple hit.

"Luckily I managed to jump to the side at the right time," he gulped an Hp potion before turning his swords towards the rapidly approaching monsters. "Let's start round two then sword tornado!"

His swords moved to stop these monsters while his pets jumped at them and killed them off. "For once I can fight and gain much experience at the same time," he laughed when he raised one level after this short fight here. "Now I believe I'm shoulder to shoulder with that Thomas or was he at level twenty-six already?"

He paused before shaking off his head and laughed wholeheartedly, "Never mind, either way I'll get out of this town with a level higher than anyone in the entire game."

He was already in a perfect mood from the reaction he left at the NPC lady. And now with such priceless experience gained from this tide, he was even in a better mood.

"Let's have more fun, hahaha," he laughed before dashing towards another group of monsters and level thirty was on the top of his wish list.
