The grudge between Lin Shen and Wan Family was only known to some of the larger clans. Most people were not aware of this dispute. Their most significant concern was the challenge that Qing Jia posed to humanity.

For so long, Qing Jia had battled with many humans and still had yet to suffer a single defeat.

Qing Jia had gone from waiting in one place to accept challenges to actively seeking out humans to duel.

The humans on Realm King Planet, upon encountering Qing Jia, would almost instinctively turn and flee, which was a great humiliation to those who witnessed it.

Many people had already begun calling for top human fighters like Wei Wufu and Ouyang Yudu to defeat Qing Jia.

It was just unfortunate that after the battle at Sea Corn Base, both Ouyang Yudu and Bai Shenfei had been grounded by their families and had no chance of returning to the Realm King Planet.

Wei Wufu's attention wasn't on the Realm King Planet either; he was preparing to journey to Giant Ring Star.

The Wei Family, already small in number, could not allow Wei Wufu to travel to such a dangerous place without restraint, leaving the Human Mother Planet.

Wei Changqing demanded that Wei Wufu undergo Ascension before he could leave the Human Mother Planet, so Wei Wufu simply didn't have the time to worry about Qing Jia's challenges.

Zuo Qinglong still had not given up on defeating Qing Jia, but his last failed attempt at besiegement had greatly damaged his reputation and honor.

Even within the Sword Alliance, many young people no longer looked up to Zuo Qinglong. They considered him a disgrace to the Sword Alliance, and the so-called "Dragon of the Sword Alliance" turned out to be no more than that.

"Yeah, the Dragon of the Sword Alliance, nothing more than a worm. Who doesn't know about our Sword Alliance's Dragon now? Truly an imposing figure indeed."

"You…" Zuo Qingmeng was furiously about to confront them, but Zuo Qinglong held her back by the hand.

Zuo Qinglong shook his head slightly, signaling to Zuo Qingmeng not to lose her temper.

The people on the other side continued with their sneering, their voices much louder than normal, clearly intending for Zuo Qinglong to hear.

Zuo Qinglong wasn't angry; he packed up the food instead and left the canteen with Zuo Qingmeng.

If it had been just himself, Zuo Qinglong could easily ignore them and continue eating. It didn't matter what they said.

But with Zuo Qingmeng by his side, he couldn't allow her to be subjected to their gossip, which was why he chose to take away their meal and leave.

"Brother, those guys are clearly trying to tarnish your reputation so that the higher-ups in our Sword Alliance will give up on you. How can you let them spout nonsense like that?" Zuo Qingmeng said indignantly as they walked away.

"I indeed failed, and that is a fact," Zuo Qinglong said with a smile. "Failure is a common occurrence in life, while success is an event with a very low probability. Qingmeng, facing one's own failure is a necessary lesson in life. Failure isn't scary; what's frightening is allowing failure to affect your judgment and destroy your will. Don't let others influence you, just do your own thing."

After calming Zuo Qingmeng, Zuo Qinglong headed to the training ground alone to practice his blade technique.

He slashed out one cut after another, each strike accurate and true, without a hint of trickery or deviation. His blade technique was pure, fluid in its changes, and yet it retained a sense of valor.

"Qing Jia possesses innate skills that bolster strength and speed, but that's not the crux of the issue; the enhancement to strength and speed from his innate skills is only about fifty percent, and I can achieve the same. However, his skills are honed through relentless practice.

During combat, he wastes no movement, reducing the expenditure of energy and, combined with his own exceptional endurance, to defeat him, I must not utilize energy more than he does."

"Then there's the technique of the Overlapping Waves Skill, which I also need to figure out how to counter, but this is not a problem either."

"Most importantly, his talent for a style of boxing has the innate skill that if his fist hits the target, it causes the energy within the target's body to explode, resulting in a self-detonation. This innate skill of his means I can't make contact with his fists; the moment I do, my own strength might be ignited, turning into a weapon that injures myself..."

"To resolve this, unless I can defeat him despite making contact with his fists, or have absolute control over the energy within my body so that his innate skill cannot trigger an explosion..."

As Zuo Qinglong was practicing, he was also contemplating how to overcome Qing Jia. After several battles, his understanding of Qing Jia was deeper than anyone else's.

He had trained his skill to the point where there were no superfluous movements, and he had also discovered a way to break through the Overlapping Waves Skill, but he was still unable to counter that explosive punch.

Mutator carapaces and Base Mutation weapons inherently contain energy; Qing Jia's explosive punch upon contact with the carapace and Base Mutation weapons can detonate them. This innate ability is virtually the bane of all Mutators.

Zuo Qinglong, having trained to this point, still didn't have the confidence to defeat Qing Jia without making contact with his fists.

Controlling the energy within the carapace and weapons to prevent ignition is also very challenging, without a corresponding innate skill it's difficult to achieve.

Zuo Qinglong kept pondering a solution but hadn't come up with one yet. He believed there was a way; he just hadn't found it.

When the Realm King Cultivation Device was activated again, Zuo Qinglong entered the Realm King Planet once more. One reason was to hunt mutant creatures, and the other was to seek inspiration during combat in hopes of finding a way to counter Qing Jia's explosive fist.

The scenery before him changed, and Zuo Qinglong found himself transported to a beach by the sea.

This was a place rich in mutant resources, but because of Qing Jia's emergence, the Ultra-Burning Corps had dominated most of the beach, and human Mutators had become scarce in the area.

Zuo Qinglong looked around and saw no sign of Ultra-Burn Warriors. Then, surveying the surroundings, he discovered that this was not the beach that often appeared in the Sky Vault projections.

While he was observing, he suddenly saw a figure approaching from afar. Although the distance was too great to make out the details, the distinctly bright red Battle Clothes and the Big Red Bull Mount aroused Zuo Qinglong's suspicions that this might be a legion commander of the Ultra-Burning Corps.

However, Zuo Qinglong soon realized that it was not an Ultra-Burn Warrior but a human dressed in an Ultraburn Battle Suit and helmet, riding a Big Red Bull.

"Could that be The Great Red Bull Knight?" Zuo Qinglong immediately thought of someone, but he wasn't sure if it was indeed him because there were now more than one person with a Big Red Bull Mount and Battle Clothes, and helmet.

Whether or not it was The Great Red Bull Knight, Zuo Qinglong wanted to wait for him to come closer to greet him.

But who knew that the knight would stop by the distant shore before getting close, turning his head to look at the sea.

Zuo Qinglong also turned his gaze to the sea, noticing a large number of bubbles and a huge shadow emerging from the water's surface.

"A Mutant Sea Serpent!" When the shadow rose above the water, Zuo Qinglong finally made out the creature.

A Crystal Base Level Mutant Sea Serpent, with absurdly powerful self-healing abilities and strength and toughness enhancement skills, is a highly challenging mutant creature to deal with.

Even if Zuo Qinglong wanted to kill it, he could only attempt to lure it out of the sea as he lacked the ability to kill it while in the water.

Seeing the Mutant Sea Serpent bearing down on the knight with the waves, Zuo Qinglong immediately ran over to provide support.

But because the distance was too vast, before he made it there, he could only watch from afar as the Big Red Bull Knight punched towards the Mutant Sea Serpent.
