Chapter 132 Second Floor of the Labyrinth (5/5), Radiant Grimlord Set
"We only have one minute, and this challenge is going to be tough. Be prepared," Almond said as he took out a pile of one-time-use items. "That's 76 items. Put them in your pouches and use them as you wish without holding back."
Almond wasn't planning to summon his Spirit Wraiths during the boss fight, but the plan changed as this turned into a Heroic Challenge mode.
He summoned everyone and also took out his newly crafted high-tier Super-grade set—Radiant Grimlord Set.
The others quickly put the one-time-use items in their pouches, and when they saw Almond, they were taken aback.
"What's that bad-fucking-ass armor and sword?" Natalia blurted out. "You look like a warrior god or something."
Lily's eyes sparkled, "This is wonderful, darling. Is it your spirit item set you said you planned to make?"
Marcus and Maya were also dumbfounded and in awe as they looked at the full-body armor set.
Indeed, Almond looked like an imposing warrior enveloped in dark armor, its texture giving it an ancient theme, but the full face visor-like mask with v-shape and his black hair flaring upward gave a futuristic look.
The jagged, angular armor, primarily black, streaked with glowing, molten crystal golden lines that resemble fissures of intense energy, faint but distinct looking. A quartz-shaped pale golden crystal was embedded in the chest's center.
The armor radiated both intimidation and elegance.
The pauldrons were flared outward in sharp and curved, the right one upward and longer in size while the left curving downward and slightly shorter.
At his back were some elegantly shaped golden crystal spikes, which suddenly glowed and transformed into a pair of draconic-style wings, black texture with golden crystal border and patterns.
"Damn!!" Marcus made a stank face. "What is this monstrosity of an armor set, brother Almond? You can even fly with that?!"
"I want one…." Maya muttered.
Almond smiled behind his visor and stretched his arm. The arm gloves were heavily plated, ending in claw-like gauntlets that radiated a faint golden glow, while the part from elbow to his shoulder showed a smooth yet jet-black fabric covering his body as it was covered by the armor.
"Here's the final addition," Almond chuckled as a bright glow appeared, welcoming a badass, heavy, broad sword with a fully pale golden-crystalized blade and black handle.
[A/N: Yeah, the new cover of this book is basically Almond in his Radiant Grimlord Set :D]
"Show us the damn stats. There's only twenty seconds left," Natalia eagerly said.
Almond laughed and shared the set's status.

"I didn't know you could make such powerful items, damn!" Marcus was tongue-tied.
"True, this is….amazing," Maya stared at Almond with hot eyes. "I would like to commission a set if possible, please. These items have better effects compared to most other Super-grade items."
"Same!" Natalia raised her hand. "We'll roll a dice to set the order on who gets a set first."
"What is Destructive-type damage?" Lily asked.
Everyone spoke almost simultaneously as the time was running out.
"Yeah, I am also curious about the Destructive-type damage," Maya nodded.
"Same," Marcus' eyes glowered.
"I asked the same thing and got an answer from the Labyrinth," Almond said with a chuckle before he answered them. "Apparently, destructive-type damage forms when a skill's structure has five elements or more synergized. Such attacks also apply status effects related to the elements, but it depends on the skill's quality."
"I've seen that, but only once on a Legendary-grade staff weapon, as its information was disclosed within GAA's high brass roughly a month ago," Lily said. "There was an active effect in that item that throws an attack of destructive-type damage."
"Damn, so the 10th Floor has a chance to drop Legendary items? Awesome," Marcus appeared excited. "People were talking about it, but it was only rumors so far until you confirmed it."
"But isn't it crazy that Almond's Super-grade items have such effects?" Natalia clicked her tongue, amazed. "That's op, although he needs to maintain both the duration and durability of the items."

*Swoosh!*
Everyone turned to the magic circle as a powerful aura gushed out, pushing everyone back slightly as the floor boss made an entry.
[Defeat the Heroic Challenge Floor Boss—Ruined Lord Kizalor of Meltizaar. All the best, brave adventurers.]
The 10-meter-tall humanoid floor boss wielded two giant obsidian curved swords, wearing only the ornamented loincloth and braces on his arms. His bare bronze-skinned upper body was carved with black tattoos of ferocious tigers and terrifying snakes.
He had a murky dark blue and bronze aura flowing around him, his fairly long black hair also floated upward.
"F-Fuck…"
The first thing everyone did was to inspect its status.
And when they saw it, everyone's heartbeat rate drastically increased.
Its oppressive aura made everyone feel as if they were facing an enemy that could utterly destroy them.
And...that wasn't necessarily false because just based on its status, this heroic challenge floor boss of the second floor infused a hint of fear and seed of doubt into everyone as if daring them to question their chances of survival…daring them all except for Almond.
