Chapter 434 434-Ronin And Kaigu In Action

Chapter 434-Ronin and Kaigu in action

Dave had lost track of how much time had elapsed, but he remained unwavering in his determination, knowing that enduring this trial would yield greater rewards.

"Yeah, no pain, no gain," Dave muttered to himself, his focus solely on his training and soul cultivation.

Meanwhile, before Dave's entry into the Chaotic Void, Ronin and Kaigu were on a journey to the Chaotic Space Sea.

They had been entrusted by their master, Dave, to investigate any unusual occurrences in that region.

Ronin, initially reluctant to work with anyone, had accepted Kaigu's assistance upon Dave's request.

Both Ronin and Kaigu were fiercely loyal to Dave, but their differing personalities and strengths sometimes led to clashes of pride.

"You're slow. You might as well go back and serve tea to the master's women,"

Ronin taunted, increasing his speed and leaving Kaigu struggling to keep up.

"Fvck, your speed is unnatural, and I don't excel in speed because strength is paramount,"

Kaigu retorted through gritted teeth. Golden fire engulfed his body, boosting his speed until he finally caught up with Ronin.

Ronin, though disdainful of Kaigu, chose to ignore him as they both arrived at a massive space portal.

A gathering of formidable individuals had already assembled there, signaling the beginning of their mission in the Chaotic Space Sea.

The crowd gathering at the portal consisted mostly of True Saints, along with a considerable number of Semi Saint Sovereigns.

Their age showed on their bones, indicating that they had resorted to forbidden techniques or slumber to extend their lifespans and retain their powers.

These individuals had failed to reach the final step of ascension and now sought this opportunity to break through their current limits.

Fearful of losing everything they had worked so hard to attain, desperation drove them.

Among the throng, Ronin and Kaigu arrived, but no one paid them any attention, as all eyes were fixed on the five individuals blocking the entrance to the portal.

"How dare you block our way? This place doesn't belong to you!" someone from the crowd protested.

"Yeah, do you think we're afraid of you?" another chimed in.

Ronin observed the five figures in front of the gate and sensed that they were undoubtedly more powerful than the surrounding crowd.

"Hmmp, do you wish to challenge our majesty, the Dark Conqueror?" one of them challenged.

"He already entered with other Conquerors and Emperors, instructing us not to allow any weaklings to enter and disturb them," another added.

"And if you truly wish to enter, you must pay the price, or we'll kill you."

A tall, muscular man suddenly emerged, exuding the aura of a Semi Saint Sovereign.

"What? Is he Fedel, the one from 3 million years ago who single-handedly killed five Paladins from the Holy Clan?" someone in the crowd exclaimed.

"Yeah, I heard he vanished after being hunted by the Pope, and many believed he was dead," another replied.

"I never expected he was still alive, and it seems he's under the banner of one of the Conquerors."

Conquerors were a prestigious title granted to the strongest individuals of their eras, with only ten ever achieving such status.

The youngest Conqueror, Lucien Alexander, was known as the Flame Conqueror and remained undefeated in battle.

There were others as formidable as Conquerors, but they kept hidden, biding their time.

"Damn, you're all so arrogant! How dare you try to block my way!"

Suddenly, a man in a red outfit appeared, brandishing a red sword.

"Oh, are you Eric, the Sword Sage?" Fedel inquired.

Eric nodded and declared, "Hmm, you're arrogant to demand payment for entrance. You'll pay for your insolence!"

Eric's bold proclamation resonated with the crowd, eliciting cheers for his audacity.

Amid the commotion, the appearance of the Sword Sage, Eric, surprised many in the crowd.

It was believed by some that he had perished long ago, but his presence confirmed otherwise.

"Wow, I didn't expect to see the Sword Sage here as well. I thought he was already dead," someone remarked.

"The Sword Sage certainly lives up to his reputation. He's defeated numerous swordsmen who challenged him in the past," another added.

Ronin observed the unfolding situation with a sense of disdain, muttering to Kaigu,

"Fools. Such titles aren't worthy of maggots. If the real Sword Sage heard him, he'd be tormented for eternity."

Kaigu nodded in agreement, well aware of the likely consequences.

Boom!

However, the fight had scarcely begun when a man, seemingly without effort, fell to the ground, headless and dead.

"Hehe, what Sword Sage? What can you do if you can't even draw your sword?"

Fedel mocked, laughing as he casually punched Eric's head away.

"Who's next?"

Fedel challenged, his overwhelming power instilling fear in those present.

The fear of death had made these individuals cautious in their advanced age, unlike their adventurous youth.

"What he died like that?"

Fedel's formidable strength, along with his four companions, made those considering entry hesitate.

"Tsk, weaklings," Kaigu scoffed, suddenly appearing before everyone at a towering five meters in height.

His aura alone rivaled that of some Conquerors, further intimidating the onlookers.

"What? Such an aura is on par with some Conquerors!"

Fedel exclaimed, growing nervous in the presence of Kaigu, as did his companions.

Behind Kaigu stood a handsome man with black hair, seemingly amused by the situation.

"Hehe, look at their faces. They're filled with fear,"

Ronin chuckled, relishing the scene and reveling in the despair of others.

"You're truly a demon," Kaigu sneered, ignoring Ronin as he continued walking toward the portal.

"Wait, the Conquerors have already decreed that no one can enter, or we'll be killed by them,"

Fedel pleaded, attempting to convince Kaigu to reconsider.

"Tsk, Conqueror, my ass. Such arrogance to call themselves that title,"

Kaigu retorted, delivering a powerful punch that sent a shockwave through the crowd, causing weaker beings to perish instantly.

With no one daring to block their path, Kaigu and Ronin walked confidently toward the portal and entered without fear.

"Hehe, showoff," Ronin sneered as they disappeared from sight.

Left behind, the other people in the area were stunned by the sudden turn of events.

"So strong, who are they?" some wondered aloud, seeing an opportunity to enter the portal. However, Fedel and his companions managed to regroup and returned to guard the entrance.
