Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 3983 Preparation For A Negotiation

Chapter 3983  Preparation For A Negotiation

"My avatar has received all information and will be on high alert. Lea, you stay with me. Mingzhi and Shirley, you need to stay here in case something happens. Gather around Myria. She can get you all out of any mess."

Davis advised, causing Lea to blink while Mingzhi and Shirley solemnly nodded.

"Be safe. I'll be awaiting your return." Mingzhi's gaze was full of worry, "You don't need to care about the cultivation manual. Just come back as quickly as possible."

"If you don't come back, I will go on a journey to search for you. I'm not kidding!~" Shirley tiptoed and demanded, causing Davis to chuckle.

"Then I better get my ass back here within a month. That should be good, right?"

"I'll only wait for three weeks!"

"A month." Davis walked towards Shirley and gave her a soft kiss. Their foreheads met and he used Heart Intent to comfort her.

"I will be back no matter what."

Davis held Shirley's cheeks, placing another kiss again before he turned and hugged Mingzhi tightly.

Mingzhi bit her lips. She didn't like that he had to face the Celestial Transcendent alone, but she understood if they were there with him, they would only be a hindrance. At the same time, she couldn't understand why he would invite Lea but she knew he had some thoughts other than wanting to make love with her.

She believed him. Besides, she didn't want to make a fuss at this crossroads and make him hate her.

She tiptoed and kissed him. Perhaps it was the gentlest and most longing kiss she had ever given him.

"I'm ready!"

Abruptly, Stella echoed.

Her Level Nine Immortal Emperor undulations brimmed, making space reverberate to her presence.

Mingzhi blinked, thinking that was fast but she let him go and stepped back, giving him time to bid farewell to the others.

"Flamerose, Frostrose, take care of Shirley. She's depending on you two."

"Lightsky, make sure the Reaper Soul Legion is on full alert, ready to make sacrifices if need be. Even a second is valuable during an escape."

"Illumina Lunarisse, I wish you could stay here and rest after the long journey you went through, but you'll also come with me."

"Yes!~"

The four of them chorously echoed, their voices filled with determination.

Davis nodded. When he connected to his avatar, he knew this place wasn't found. It would continue to stay that way since he would be making waves in the Eternal Twilight Lower Realms and nearby realms as he pleased, making the Heaven's Warriors and everyone else take their attention away from here.

The only news about him in the Whispering Wildlands Lower Realm was that he encountered Autarch Yulan Nazarin, lost Clara, and stole Rokushi Mirai's treasure. However, the Whispering Wildlands Lower Realm was a vast lawless land. Here, information didn't spread easily. Moreover, one evil thing happened to her after another, so it would be difficult to even hear anything about him.

Besides, the place where he encountered Autarch Yulan Nazarin and Rokushi Mirai was far away from where they settled. This place was even within a mini-realm located within spatial anomalies, making it extremely hard to find.

*Whoosh!~*

At this moment, Davis's avatar arrived with Tia in tow.

However, it wasn't just Tia who was there but also a silver-haired woman. She still wore a purple robe with flowery embroidery, but her attire also extended to her head where she wore a hood resembling what other diviners would be clad in.

She was none other than Mystic Divine Hailac. She released Level Four Immortal Emperor undulations, seemingly maintaining a dense and powerful aura. Her silver eyelids fluttered as she gazed at Davis with her pure white eyes.

"It's been a long time, Divine Emperor of Death. Please allow me to repay your kindness by making use of my karmic abilities.."

"…"

Davis pursed his lips. He naturally knew she was coming since she just abruptly appeared and hopped on while Tia also invited her. He couldn't say anything as he really did need karmic experts who could hide the plethora of Heaven's Warriors in a sealed, very small mini-realm. n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om

"I will."

Davis nodded at her and turned to look at Stella.

"Teleport us to the First Void Dust Sanctuary."

He returned his gaze and opened his mouth, "Farewell, everyone."

*Whoosh!~*

Davis, Stella, Lea, Tia, and Mystic Divine Hailac disappeared from the scene, and so did Eldia and Calypsea, who were inside their masters.

Once he was gone, a wave of wind rushed past them, making everyone's hair dance. However, they still didn't take off their gaze from the place he disappeared.

"I'm still here though…" Davis, in his avatar form, scratched his head.

He almost wanted to insert a joke and stop them from acting dramatic, but he sighed, knowing the odds weren't quite in his favor. He only got a week or two until he set up the table before the negotiation could begin. However, the table could be flipped just as the negotiation begins.

He would never know the outcome, but if he did nothing, that would be even more regretful.

In the First Void Dust Sanctuary, Davis and the others reappeared. He saw his soul body was still here without anything untoward taking place. The Heaven's Warriors were still unconscious within the life ring, and no one came to get them. Their secrecy worked against them.

"Stella-" Davis opened his mouth.

"On it!~"

Stella quickly flew up to the tree and phased into it. The entire tree then began to glow, and the vast void dust world began to tremble. A minute later, it began to shrink at a fast pace.

She was salvaging the mini-realm for the world seed.

The next plan was to head toward a danger zone or some abandoned place and lock the Heaven's Warriors up in a mini-realm and seal them. He must also use karmic abilities so their locations cannot be divined. Otherwise, the negotiation was bound to fail.

While waiting, Davis turned to look at Tia, "Although it is a bit too late, I believe all is safe back there?"

"I put all the karmic defenses there I can think of. Any more would be detrimental rather than helpful." Tia giggled.

"Good."

Davis nodded.

His avatar had already confirmed that with her, but it was quite a while ago. It seemed it was still the same even now.

Exactly at eleven minutes and fifty-two seconds, Stella reached a critical point in the absorption. The mini-realm was barely a few kilometers right now, leaving only her tree.

*Whoosh!~*

She expelled them, causing them to appear in the vast desert where the battle took place.

A minute later, Stella appeared before them and gave them a thumbs-up.

"Done!~ I got the seed back~"

"Great. Let's go."

Davis chuckled before he took out the Empyrean Grade Flying Boat and rushed away with everyone aboard, leaving the Great Desolate Plains once and for all.
