After their intense training, Alex and Lilith decided a break was well-deserved. Exiting the hidden realm, they made their way into the nearby city, each cloaked in subtle glamour to keep from being recognized. Their powers, so fierce in battle, now lay dormant beneath ordinary clothes and unassuming appearances. The bustling streets were alive with evening lights, casting a warm glow over the city's narrow alleys, open squares, and lively marketplaces.

They strolled through the heart of the city, taking in the sights and sounds. Vendors called out to passing crowds, the scent of street food wafted through the air, and musicians filled the streets with energetic melodies. Lilith's eyes sparkled with the same excitement she wore in battle, though now softened by genuine wonder as she looked over the assortment of foods and trinkets.

"Hungry?" Alex asked, following her gaze to a stall where skewers of grilled meat sizzled over open flames.

She flashed a grin, nudging him. "I'd say I've earned a meal, wouldn't you?"
